Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society for all students enrolled in colleges and schools of business around the world that are accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Undergraduate students are invited to membership in AACSB if they meet the following criteria: (1) junior or senior standing in an AACSB-accredited college or school of business; (2) minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.600; and (3) academic ranking in the top 10% of the junior or senior class in the college or school of business. Membership is extended to graduate students in either the MBA or M.S. in accounting program who rank in the top 20% of their class.
The Accounting Society at McIntire recognizes outstanding academic achievement in the field of financial information and sponsors programs that assist in the development of students interested in Accounting and Finance. The Accounting Society at McIntire is open to pre-Commerce, Commerce, M.S. in Commerce, and M.S. in Accounting students.
VFI is dedicated to providing the University of Virginia student body with fundamental financial education programs and leveling the playing field for recruitment opportunities. Through completion of VFI's analyst program, students are added to a resume book that is sent directly to employer sponsors.
Sometimes two people can look at the same thing and see it very differently. That was a lesson I learned when I participated in DTCC's Men Advocating for Real Change (MARC) Leaders Workshop, a program designed to help create an inclusive workplace and teach the importance of becoming strong advocates, sponsors and allies.
During that time, Clare and the local CSR team has expanded the volunteer activity options of Manila employees (blood drives, tree planting, back-to-school programs and child sponsorship activities, etc.); all of which has created a strong sense of community and purpose.
Applicants must be full time students and be in good standing with UW-Eau Claire. Students who are majoring in Information Systems and have been accepted to study abroad programs offered by the Center for International Education will be given preference. If no applicants are majoring in Information Systems, any student in the College of Business is eligible to be considered. The scholarship should go to a recipient whose benefit in receiving it would likely be transformative - i.e. for someone who hasn't had prior cultural immersion experiences.
This scholarship will be awarded to a student studying abroad through a program offered by the Center for International Education at UW-Eau Claire. The recipient must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and financial need. Preference will be given to students from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds.
The UW-Eau Claire Music and Theatre Arts department is the largest music program in the state of Wisconsin, receiving national recognition annually. The Cassandra Ball Egdahl Music Scholarship continues to help bring exceptional music students to our university.
Charles E. Brown is a 1939 graduate of Eau Claire State Teachers College. He was a math major and built a career in engineering as a commander with the Navy, and for Rockwell International where he worked with the Apollo and Shuttle programs.
Established in 2011 with an estate gift from Clarice Chase Dunn, a 1937 UW-Eau Claire graduate originally from Madison. Claire taught in many locations, including a Japanese relocation camp during World War II. An accomplished writer, she had articles and short stories published in local papers and national magazines. In Madison, she developed classes for intellectually challenged adults and initiated a program to encourage senior citizens to write their reminiscences.
This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has been admitted to the social work program with a social work GPA of at least 3.0. Preference will be given to a student who has financial need, although financial need is not required to apply. Leadership on campus or in the greater Chippewa Valley region and interested in a career in the public sector. (The public sector is usually comprised of organizations and agencies that are publicly funded - that are owned and operated by the government and exist to provide services for its citizens at the city, county, state, and/or national level; some examples include schools, libraries, social services, law enforcement, health care, military, corrections, etc.)
This scholarship will be awarded to a management major in the entrepreneur emphasis program to support a study abroad, international internship, or national student exchange experience. Recipients must have a GPA of at least 3.0 and have completed 55 credits by the time they will receive the award.
First preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need as verified by the UW-Eau Claire Financial Aid office and FAFSA standards who have been accepted into a full semester study abroad, international internship, or national student exhange program. Student seeking to participate in an immersion program would be given second preference, provided there are no qualified applicants who meet the first preference.
This scholarship will be awarded to a marketing major in the professional sales emphasis program to support a study abroad, international internship, or national student exchange experience. Recipients must have a GPA of at least 3.0 and have completed 55 credits by the time they will receive the award.
Students enrolling in study abroad programs offered by the Center for International Education or through the departments will be considered for scholarships based upon financial need, scholarship, letter of reason and faculty recommendations. Recipients must be traveling outside of the United States.
David Radowski was a proud 2007 graduate of UW-Eau Claire. During his time at UW-Eau Claire, David was active across campus, but perhaps most connected to the Men's Club Volleyball program. David made many lifelong friendships through his participation with the club volleyball team and maintained many of these relationships beyond his graduation. During his time with the club, the team excelled and even participated in the national tournament. David was not the most valuable player when he played on the team from 2004-2008, but he exemplified being a glue guy. Following his untimely passing in 2021, David's family established this scholarship to remember him.
Awarded annually to an outstanding student planning to participate in the UW-Eau Claire international study abroad program. Preference will be given to sophomores, juniors or seniors majoring in foreign languages who are planning to study in a Scandinavian country or Germany. Second preference is for a student of any major studying abroad in a European country.
Must be a declared geography major or minor or anthropology minor who has been accepted for an international Study Abroad program at UW-Eau Claire or through any other university. Student may request funding on a one-time basis to help pay for the cost of studying abroad. Funding will be applied directly to tuition.

The mission of the Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM) is to provide an opportunity for student members from all majors to increase their management skills and decision-making abilities. Student officers operate the chapter and assume responsibility for conducting programs in management, sponsoring guest speakers from the business community, and other social, educational, and fund-raising programs.
